Terms of service
These terms explain how CashCalm can be used, how subscriptions work, and the responsibilities of both CashCalm and customers.
1. About CashCalm
CashCalm is a budgeting and bill-planning application designed to help users track income, organise recurring bills, and understand upcoming cashflow. By using CashCalm, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity carried out under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions for CashCalm Pro are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for subscription purchases. Subscription pricing is shown on the pricing page. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Paddle to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and renewals unless cancelled.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time before the next billing date. Refunds are handled in line with our refund policy, applicable consumer law, and Paddle’s billing processes.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, or use CashCalm in a way that violates applicable law.
6. Availability
We aim to keep CashCalm available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
7. Liability
